In every job I've had, I was the one who had to answer for the whole thing.

I'm an AI Product Manager. Anamniq is mine: I did the discovery with physicians, the roadmap and the pricing, and I wrote the code. Four and a half months from an empty repo to a live product in three languages. 472 commits, cost per generated document down 70%, 36 regression scenarios on the medical output.

I was doing product work before a contract said so. I ran a department of about twenty clinicians and grew patient volume by 80% in six months, mostly by going and negotiating with seven partner clinics myself. Later, in Dubai, I closed a company. Staff, money, the customers still on the books, all of it mine to sort out, inside a month. Nobody gave me a PM title for any of that, but that is what the work was.

Medicine is why I'm careful in a particular way. Seven years of it teaches you which mistakes a system can absorb and which ones it cannot, and you stop treating that as a design detail. Anamniq has a fail-open / fail-closed policy written down per layer, and tests on the text a doctor actually signs. No one was checking. It still needed to exist.

I work in Claude Code with eight subagents, four custom commands and a few hooks, including one that will not let me close a session without running validation. I set that up because I work alone. It is how I ship and still review what I shipped.
